Wardrip is charged in the shooting death of 22-year-old Brandon Williams of Irvington after a argument on March 24 between Williams and 34 year-old Johnny Ray Thompson also of Irvington in a parking lot of an abandoned gas station in Garfield.<\/p>\n<p>Williams allegedly shot Thompson and then aimed the gun at Wardrip.  Thompson was pronounced dead at the scene, while Williams died later that night in Louisville. <\/p>\n<p>Judge Goff ruled that bond would remain at $100,000.
