\nFour people were taken to the hospital after two separate accidents along Brandenburg Road Wednesday (4\/6) afternoon.<\/p>\n

The first accident happened around just after 1 pm near the intersection of Brandenburg Road and Buck Grove Road, when two vehicles collided. One person was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown and the other was taken to Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana by Meade County EMS. The Ekron and Flaherty Fire Departments assisted the Meade County Sheriff’s Department at the scene. <\/p>\n

Just a few minutes after the first accident, a second accident happened about a half mile from the first accident scene on Brandenburg Road. Emergency crews with the Ekron and Flaherty Fire Departments and Meade County Sheriff’s Department responded to that accident where two people were taking to Hardin Memorial Hospital by Meade County EMS for their injuries.
