\nA Hardin County Schools bus coming from Lakewood Elementary School in Stephensburg collided with a home in the 9800 block of Leitchfield Road Monday (4\/11) afternoon.<\/p>\n

The driver of the school bus, 38 year-old Jennifer M. Leon of Eastview, was taken from the scene to University of Louisville Hospital with serious injuries. About 50 students were on board the bus at the time of accident and were evaluated for injuries at the scene by Hardin County EMS.<\/p>\n

Kentucky State Police were assisted at the scene by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department, Hardin County EMS and Stephensburg Fire Department.<\/p>\n

The accident happened around 3 pm and remains under investigation by police. <\/p>\n
