\nA man from Louisville is facing charges of abuse, exploitation and terroristic threatening after he allegedly stole from and abused his second cousin, who was in his care.<\/p>\n

According to arrest documents, 37 year-old Joshua Brown was arrested Tuesday for the crimes. The documents say he was looking after his second cousin, who had \u201cdiminished capacity\u201d and needed care.<\/p>\n
Brown\u2019s parent allowed him to move into the victim\u2019s home on December 1 to care for her, but police say he began to physically and verbally abuse the woman. In one instance, Brown was recorded telling the disabled woman \u201cToday is the day you\u2019re going to find out what the f— is up,\u201d and \u201cYou\u2019re lucky I don\u2019t take your a– out.\u201d<\/p>\n
Neighbors also reportedly heard Brown abusing the woman. The woman also told police Brown pushed and shoved her, making her fear for her safety.<\/p>\n
Police say Brown used the victim\u2019s credit card to withdraw more than $100,000 from her account for his personal use.<\/p>\n
The victim\u2019s uncle moved her out of her home for fear of her safety, and afterward Brown, his girlfriend and others allegedly moved into the victim\u2019s home without her permission.<\/p>\n
Brown is now being held at Metro Corrections.
