Marquis Ward is accused of killing Theodore Brown, Jr., inside Cafe 360 in March.<\/p>\n
According to court documents, Ward was with Dante Smith at the bar when they got into an argument with Brown and another man. Smith punched the man, and Brown tried to intervene when Ward pulled out a gun and shot Brown in the head. Smith was able to take away the gun from the man he punched by force and then took Brown\u2019s gun as well.<\/p>\n
Both men were arrested over two months later on Friday.<\/p>\n
Ward pleaded not guilty to his murder and robbery charges. The judge set his bond at $250,000. He is expected back in court on May 20.<\/p>\n
