Today, Metro Police filed a new charge of misuse of electronic information.<\/p>\n<p>Officers say they found a skimming device used to gather card information from gas pumps in Morales&#8217; attic.<\/p>\n<p>Morales was on home incarceration when arrested on the new charge.
