\nA Radcliff man is facing multiple charges after threatening a family, assaulting one of them and fleeing from police Saturday night in Grayson County.<\/p>\n

According to court records, dispatch received a call of a man threatening to kill them with a machete and someone being unconscious on Duff Road.<\/p>\n
One man was reportedly assaulted with a tire jack tool by the suspect, 36 year-old Eliud Lopez-Cruz, who ran through the woods behind the home.<\/p>\n
The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n
Multiple witnesses told police Lopez gave them a fake name and lied about being wanted by law enforcement.<\/p>\n
When asked to leave, Lopez left the home and attempted to burn down an outbuilding and busted the windows out of two vehicles, according to court records.<\/p>\n
The family locked the door whenever Lopez returned to the home. He then tried to force entry inside, breaking two windows and still armed with a weapon.<\/p>\n
Sunday around 1:30 a.m., Lopez was found near Taylor Cemetery.<\/p>\n
After fleeing from police and not complying with verbal commands, Lopez eventually complied and was arrested without further incident.<\/p>\n
He is currently charged with Criminal Mischief, Arson, Wanton Endangerment, Assault, Fleeing or Evading Police, Menacing and Burglary. He is lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
