\nFriday night, the Warren County Sheriff\u2019s deputies were dispatched to an attempted burglary in the 600 block of McIntyre Street.<\/p>\n

The caller observed a male wearing a mask next to their neighbor\u2019s home holding a rifle. They also observed another male walking near the residence, as well as a vehicle parked in front of the home.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival of Warren County Sheriff’s deputies, video surveillance was able to observe two males carrying firearms.<\/p>\n
As other deputies searched the county, the suspect\u2019s vehicle was identified at FiveStar on Nashville Road. Deputies made contact with the people in the vehicle, which the suspects then fled southbound on Nashville Road.<\/p>\n
Kentucky State Police led the pursuit into Franklin with assistance from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.<\/p>\n
As officers entered Franklin, one suspect jumped from the vehicle and fled on foot, with one suspect continuing in the vehicle. The vehicle shortly crashed after driving off the road. The driver was quickly captured, with the passenger, who jumped, arrested shortly after by a Franklin Police Officer.<\/p>\n
A third suspect involved with the burglary was eventually found in the neighborhood where the caller first noticed the suspects.<\/p>\n
During the pursuit, several items were thrown from the vehicle. Officers retrieved a stolen gun on the side of the road.<\/p>\n
Three suspects, all from Louisville, were arrested and are currently lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.<\/p>\n
The driver, 24 year-old Corbett Finley, is charged with several charges including Speeding, Wanton Endangerment, Fleeing or Evading Police and several drug charges as well as a warrant for murder out of Louisville.<\/p>\n
The passenger on foot in Franklin, 32 year-old Kenneth Pearson, is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Receiving Stolen Property (firearm) and Fleeing or Evading Police (1st degree) on foot. <\/p>\n
The passenger on foot found in original neighborhood, 35 year-old Daniel Vincent, is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Criminal Trespassing-2nd Degree.<\/p>\n
The investigation is ongoing.
