Joseph Henderson pleaded not guilty to five counts of criminal mischief. Police said he threw rocks or bricks at several stores, bars and restaurants along Bardstown Road on Thursday night.<\/p>\n
Atomic nightclub, Beyond the Sun restaurant, Encore resale store, Louisville Beauty Academy and Oneness Shoe Boutique were some of the businesses damaged. <\/p>\n
Prosecutors asked the judge to raise his bond from $1,000 to $50,000 saying Henderson should be considered dangerous.<\/p>\n
The judge eventually set his bond at $2,500 and ordered that he stay on home incarceration if he is able to post bail.
