The shooting occurred near Exit 49 on the interstate, shutting down the road in both directions from exits 41 to 59.<\/p>\n
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 11 confirmed that KY 909 and US 25 in Laurel County were also shut down.<\/p>\n
Officials with the Laurel County Sheriff\u2019s Officer are looking for a person of interest in the shooting.<\/p>\n
Officials say Joseph A. Couch, 32, is a person of interest.<\/p>\n
He is described as white, 5\u203210″ tall and weighing approximately 154 pounds.<\/p>\n
Couch is considered armed and dangerous.<\/p>\n
