The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation resulted in an interview in Scottsville on November 7, 2024. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to a forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>Keen is currently charged with five counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12 years old. These charges are Class-C felonies punishable by five to ten years in prison.
