He said he has suffered lost wages and has sought medical treatment for his PTSD.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit claims Givaudan was warned days before the blast by employees that Cooker #6 was overheating, wasn\u2019t being properly ventilated and was at risk of exploding. The lawsuit accuses Givaudan of failing to act and not following industry standards for safety protocols.<\/p>\n<p>Two employees were killed, and 11 others were hurt in the blast.
