Michael Konrad, 27, was indicted on 14 counts of possession or viewing of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor younger than 12 and two counts of possession or viewing of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor older than 12.<\/p>\n
According to his complaint warrant, Kentucky State Police downloaded 57 files from an I.P. address belonging to Konrad. The files included, but were not limited to, minors engaging in sexual acts with other minors and adults.<\/p>\n
A search warrant was executed June 19 at his home where his computers, hard drives and mobile devices were seized and examined by a forensic examiner.<\/p>\n
Evidence on the computer belonging to Konrad showed 16 files were found of minors engaging in sexual performances, according to the report.<\/p>\n
Two of the 16 files were videos depicting a minor engaging in a sexual performance who appeared to be younger than 12. The other 14 files were videos of depicted minors older than 12 but younger than 18.<\/p>\n
Konrad was arrested October 30 on the charges.<\/p>\n
He is being held in lieu of a $50,000 cash bond at the Hardin County Detention Center.
