Dennis Richardson, 42, was apprehended Tuesday after a search warrant was executed in Plano, according to a release. The warrant was executed by ATF agents, Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force detectives and Warren County Sheriff\u2019s Office deputies.<\/p>\n
Following the search of a residence on Goodrum Road, Richardson was found hiding from agents inside a kitchen bar cabinet, according to the release. He was taken into custody without further resistance.<\/p>\n
In addition, authorities say 40 year-old Rana Ghayoumi lied about Richardson\u2019s presence at her residence and was taken into custody as well.<\/p>\n
Richardson is charged with Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine (federal charge), Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person (federal charge) and Possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking (Federal Charge).<\/p>\n
Ghayoumi is charged with second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.<\/p>\n
Both were lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.<\/p>\n
Richardson is being held without bond.<\/p>\n
Rana Ghayoumi was release on her own recognizance without having to post any bond.<\/p>\n
ATF agents and Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force made the arrests with assistance from the Warren County Sheriff\u2019s Office and Bowling Green Police K-9.
