\nA Louisville man is facing various charges after crashing during a multi-agency pursuit in Allen County.<\/p>\n
At approximately 9 a.m. Thursday, Kentucky State Police alerted the Scottsville Police Department and Allen County Sheriff\u2019s Office to a vehicle pursuit entering the county, according to a news release.<\/p>\n
Police said the pursuit involved a 2025 Corvette driven by 18-year-old Tony Martin Jr. of Louisville.<\/p>\n
Martin eventually lost control of the vehicle on Old Glasgow Road, resulting in a single-vehicle crash, according to the release. He did not sustain any injuries and was arrested without incident.<\/p>\n
Authorities said a Scottsville Police Department K9 was deployed and indicated a positive alert for drugs in the vehicle. Additionally, police said Martin had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Jefferson County for failing to appear.<\/p>\n
Martin was lodged in the Allen County Detention Center on the following charges:<\/p>\n
First-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle)
\nPossession of marijuana
\nReckless driving
\nDisregarding stop sign
\nSpeeding
\nFirst-degree wanton endangerment (police officer)
\nOperating on a suspended or revoked license
\nFailure of non-owner to maintain required insurance (first offense)
\nFailure to appear (warrant service)<\/p>\n
Kentucky State Police, the Scottsville Police Department and the Allen County Sheriff\u2019s Office were all involved in the arrest.
