\nThe U.S. Small Business Administration announced that a Business Recovery Center will be opening in Hardin County to help small businesses, nonprofits and residents affected by the recent severe storms.<\/p>\n

The center will be opening at the Kentucky State Police post on Cameron Ponder Drive in Elizabethtown on Tuesday, May 13, according to the release.<\/p>\n

Representatives will be available to answer questions about the disaster loan program and the application process.<\/p>\n

Officials said any damage caused by the severe storms after April 2 is eligible to be covered.<\/p>\n

The Business Recovery Center will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n

Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments can be scheduled by clicking or tapping here<\/a>. To apply online and receive additional disaster assistance information, click or tap here<\/a>. Applicants may also call the SBA\u2019s Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955 or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov.<\/p>\n

The deadline to file applications for physical property damage is June 23, 2025. The deadline to file economic injury applications is January 26, 2026.<\/p>\n
