Muhamud Hassan, 18, and an unnamed 17-year-old juvenile suspect have both been charged with one count of murder (complicity) in connection to the shooting death of Laith Rajha.<\/p>\n
Rajha died in the hospital two days after being shot in the head in the 13000 block of Bold Forbes Boulevard on May 6.<\/p>\n
Shortly after the shooting, Louisville police announced the arrest of 18 year-old Jamal Sheikh, who was originally charged with assault and tampering with physical evidence before the charges were upgraded to murder (complicity).<\/p>\n
Arrest documents for Hussan say police believe he was the one who fired the shots that night.<\/p>\n
Hassan is expected in court May 19 for arraignment.
