The lawsuit focuses on the grip and \u201cred dot sight\u201d and the fact the sale was made, even though the shooter gave warning signs like being unfamiliar with the gun and not making eye contact.<\/p>\n<p>The business argues Kentucky law doesn\u2019t allow for these types of arguments, and federal law prohibits this type of legal claim also.<\/p>\n<p>But Judge Mitch Perry disagreed, denying the motion to dismiss.
