The preliminary investigation indicates that Allen County Sheriff\u2019s deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Shockley Road. When they arrived, deputies encountered a white male armed with a firearm.<\/p>\n<p>One deputy discharged his agency-issued weapon, fatally striking the man who was pronounced deceased at the scene. He has been identified as 42-year-old Joshua R.
