Louisville Metro Police said Friday afternoon that a 17-year-old male juvenile was charged with two counts of assault in the Sunday, June 22, 2025, double shooting. <\/p>\n
On Sunday, Louisville Metro Police officers responded to the 2000 block of Bartholomew Drive around 10:30 p.m. on reports of a double shooting. <\/p>\n
Once on scene, officers located a 15-year-old girl with a gunshot wound to the arm and a 17-year-old boy with a graze wound to the abdomen. They both were taken to Norton Children’s Hospital and are expected to survive, according to police.
