\nAn Ohio County woman and an Arkansas man were arrested on multiple charges Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Officers were called to the Ohio County Hospital after treating a man who had been shot multiple times.<\/p>\n
Officers were also sent to a home on Old Rob Roy Road in Beaver Dam to investigate the shooting. Inside the home was Jerry Coleman, of Arkansas, and Lacy Proctor of Horse Branch, and four small children.<\/p>\n
Officers found a handgun under the mattress the kids were sleeping on. They also found 5 grams of meth, a pipe, ten guns and cash. Three of the guns were reported as stolen out of Arkansas.<\/p>\n
Authorities notified social services for the children.<\/p>\n
Jerry Coleman was arrested for attempted murder, trafficking a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, 5 counts of receiving stolen property (firearm), 4 counts of wanton endangerment, 3 counts of possession of firearm by convicted felon.<\/p>\n
Lacy Proctor was arrested for trafficking a controlled substance, 4 counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, 4 counts of wanton endangerment, drug paraphernalia, and obstructions\/interference with an officer.<\/p>\n
The arrests were made as a joint effort of the Ohio County Sheriff\u2019s Department and the Kentucky State Police.
