The Winchester Police Department announced on Tuesday that detectives would like to speak with anyone who has had a personal relationship with Brian Epperson, has used Epperson as a contractor, or Epperson has had access to or completed maintenance inside their residence in the past three years.<\/p>\n
Anyone willing to speak is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Reed at mreed@winchesterky.com or (859) 745-7418.<\/p>\n
Brian Epperon is charged with the murder of Kristen Morris, who was found dead from an apparent overdose at an Airbnb in Powell County in May.<\/p>\n
He has also been connected to the death of Reachel Dawson, who was found in a room at a Red Roof Inn in Winchester on June 27. So far, he is only facing a meth possession charge in connection with her death.<\/p>\n
Detectives also believe he may be connected to the death of another woman who was found dead from an overdose at a Fayette County hotel in November 2024.<\/p>\n
Epperson is also facing a video voyeurism charge in a separate case.
