\nAn Adairville man was arrested and charged with child sexual exploitation Friday following an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.<\/p>\n
\nAn Adairville man was arrested and charged with child sexual exploitation Friday following an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.<\/p>\n
Kentucky State Police reports that 33-year-old Anthony Kirkpatrick shared images of child sexual exposure online. In their investigation, they interviewed Kirkpatrick and seized equipment he used to share the images on August 15.<\/p>\n
Kirkpatrick is currently in the Logan County Detention Center facing 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under the age of 12 years.<\/p>\n
Police say these charges are a Class C felony punishable by five to 10 years in prison.<\/p>\n
Adairville Police and Kentucky State Police were assisted by the Logan County Sheriff\u2019s Department and the local Department of Community Based Services office.<\/p>\n
The investigation is ongoing by Kentucky State Police\u2019s E-Crimes Division.
