On August 21, the Logan County Sheriff\u2019s Office was notified about a two-vehicle collision five miles east of Russellville on Franklin Road (KY 100).<\/p>\n
An investigation revealed that a Ford 150 driven by Dekamren Terry of Russellville was going east, while a Ford Crown Victoria driven by Lee Bradshaw, also of Russellville, was going west.<\/p>\n
Both vehicles collided in a head-on manner. Logan County coroner, Ben Kemplin, pronounced Bradshaw and another passenger in his car, Jose Garcia Jr., dead at the scene.<\/p>\n
A juvenile passenger in the car was taken to the Medical Center in Bowling Green and was later taken to Nashville for treatment of their injuries. The second juvenile in Bradshaw\u2019s car was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.<\/p>\n
The collision remains under investigation.
