Bradley, of Paintsville, on two counts of Assault Third Degree (Class D Felony), five counts of Wanton Endangerment (Class D Felony), and misdemeanor charges involving driving under the influence and reckless behavior.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, Bradley was operating an ATV under the influence when he assaulted two police officers and several others in May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, he was an officer with the Paintsville Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>The Paintsville Police Department investigated the case, which was presented to the Grand Jury by the Office of the Attorney
