According to an arrest citation, 34-year-old Jessica M. Faine was involved after a resident reported hearing loud banging and yelling. The resident said they saw two women reportedly damaging the exterior of an apartment and a white Toyota 4Runner.<\/p>\n
When officers arrived, they observed several broken glass vases in the roadway and near the apartment\u2019s front door. The 4Runner had been vandalized with graffiti, and police learned a black GMC Acadia was also damaged.<\/p>\n
Video from the apartment complex later showed Faine driving a Nissan Altima through the gates, damaging the gate arms.<\/p>\n
Shortly afterward, another incident was reported on Roselawn Way involving Faine and the 4Runner\u2019s owner, with a male subject reportedly chasing her.<\/p>\n
During an interview, Faine admitted she was at Charmant Cottage Apartments with another woman and damaged the vases. She denied damaging the 4Runner and said she was unaware of any damage to the gates.<\/p>\n
Police said Faine and the other woman, who was not charged, were ex-girlfriends of a man associated with the damaged apartment. He was reportedly there with another woman who lives at the apartment.<\/p>\n
Authorities also confirmed the graffiti on the 4Runner was washed off, though other items remained broken. A motive for the damages was not detailed in police reports.<\/p>\n
Faine is scheduled to appear in court on September 12 at 9 a.m. She was released from jail on September
\n 9 after posting a $6,000 cash bond.
