A termination was originally scheduled for September but the two created an extension that was set to end Friday. However, an agreement was reached with no disruption.<\/p>\n
This agreement ensures that patients with Cigna will remain in-network when receiving care at Norton Healthcare and Norton Children\u2019s.<\/p>\n
Norton Healthcare released a statement which read in part, \u201cWe appreciate the community\u2019s patience throughout this process. Our focus remains on providing uninterrupted access to high-quality care. For patients who received prior notices about potential changes to coverage, no action is needed. Coverage will continue as usual.\u201d
