On November 17, 2025, Louisville police announced the indictment of 38-year-old Steven Shane Williams on one count of complicity to murder, one count of robbery and one count of being a persistent felony offender.<\/p>\n
Police said his charges stem from a shooting that killed Robert Biggers-Smith on December 17, 2018, in the 2700 block of West Kentucky Street.<\/p>\n
Williams was already in custody prior to the indictment on unrelated charges, according to police. He is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on November 24.
