\nA Louisville man pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, robbery and other charges in court Friday after allegedly posting a video on social media showing him threatening people with a gun.<\/p>\n
\nA Louisville man pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, robbery and other charges in court Friday after allegedly posting a video on social media showing him threatening people with a gun.<\/p>\n
According to court documents, 24-year-old Daquan Smith posted a video to his Facebook and Instagram accounts in September 2025 showing him pointing a gun at three victims.<\/p>\n
In the video, he tells them to strip naked and commands them to walk outside while threatening them and kicking them.<\/p>\n
Police also found on Smith’s social media accounts pictures and videos of him holding and shooting guns when he wasn’t allowed to have guns due to being a convicted felon.<\/p>\n
On Friday in court, a judge set Smith’s bond at $250,000 cash. He is due back in court at 9 a.m. February 6.
