investigation, 44-year-old Gregory Banks of Georgetown was identified as the suspect.<\/p>\n<p>Officers say the investigation began after Banks reached out to a child online and started sending obscene content and discussing sexual acts.<\/p>\n<p>According to Madisonville Police Department, Banks was arrested on a warrant and taken into custody by the Scott County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>He is charged with three counts of Promoting Use of Minor by Electric Means and booked into the Hopkins County Jail.<br \/>\nSource:
