\nLouisville Metro Police are investigating after a man was shot in the Highlands early Saturday.<\/p>\n

Officers responded to a call at 3:26 a.m. of a shooting in the 1000 block of Bardstown Road on Saturday, March 7.<\/p>\n

At the scene, police were told that the victim, an adult male, had already been taken to UofL Hospital by private means.<\/p>\n

According to officials, the victim was shot in the leg and is expected to survive.<\/p>\n

Louisville Metro Police Department says there are no known suspects at this time. Anyone with potential information is asked to call LMPD\u2019s Anonymous Tip line at (502) 574-LMPD (5673) or to use the online Crime Tip Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
