The pursuit ended on Norton Road in Irvington. <\/p>\n<p>Connur Kerns, 18 of Brandenburg, was arrested on charges of speeding over 26 mph of the speed limit; operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, aggravating circumstance; fleeing or evading police, 1st degree; wanton endangerment of a police officer, 1st degree; wanton endangerment, 1st degree; reckless driving, and other motor vehicle charges.
