Miller Boulevard where it was determined a van driven by 34-year- old Tina Brooks ran off the road and hit a utility pole and a tree. The impact caused the tree to fall, blocking the roadway for several hours.<\/p>\n<p>Brooks was the only person in the vehicle and she had to be extricated by the Owensboro Fire Department.
