Timothy Overton Taylor, 42, of Vine Grove, was arrested Wednesday night after a woman stopped by the police department across the highway from Dollar General to report that a white man wearing gray sweatpants exposed his penis while in line at the store and proceeded to engage in a personal sexual act.<\/p>\n
Police said the manager of the store also gave a statement that she had witnessed the same behavior. Her description matched the previous witness.<\/p>\n
Sgt. Glenn Freeman reviewed the video footage. His investigation led to Tayor\u2019s arrest later Wednesday on Valley View Drive. He was wearing the same clothing and had been seen operating the same vehicle on camera that was sitting in the driveway, according to an arrest citation.<\/p>\n
Police said Taylor admitted to being in the Dollar General earlier that night.
