Louisville Metro Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 9800 block of Blue Lick Road around 11:25 a.m.<\/p>\n
When officers arrived, they found a man who appeared to have been shot in a road rage incident, according to LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell.<\/p>\n
Officials said the man was taken to UofL Hospital and is expected to survive.<\/p>\n
Just after 9 p.m., Louisville Metro Police Department announced that 25-year-old Daejon Horton had been arrested in connection with the shooting.<\/p>\n
According to the arrest citation, Horton admitted to driving the suspected vehicle that was identified through FLOCK.<\/p>\n
Horton is charged with Fleeing or Evading Police, 3rd Degree; Assault 1st Degree and Wanton Endangerment, 1st Degree. He is scheduled to appear for his arraignment on Monday, May 4.
