\nHopkins County, a Madisonville bar owner is accused of getting aggressive with police.<\/p>\n
Police were called to a fight outside the Brick Bar on West Center Street.<\/p>\n
Officers say when they arrived, they found a crowd outside the business.<\/p>\n
Once they started to ask them to leave, police say the owner, 46 year-old Timothy Desoto of Madisonville, started yelling and cursing at patrons to leave.<\/p>\n
When a police officer tried to arrest Desoto, he allegedly pulled away, assaulting the officer.<\/p>\n
He is facing several charges including disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.<\/p>\n
He was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court on June 22.
