Kemar Wilson, 21, allegedly told police that he provided alcohol to three minors that were inside the vehicle that was involved in the chase on June 9, according to the arrest citation.<\/p>\n
Investigators said Wilson had also been drinking and was intoxicated to the point he could not drive.<\/p>\n
Glasgow Police said they arrested the juvenile driver Tuesday after officers attempted to pull over a vehicle that matched the description of a Kentucky State Police \u201cBe On the Look Out.\u201d<\/p>\n
The chase ended in Warren County. That juvenile driver is facing 11 different charges including fleeing and evading, wanton endangerment and driving under the influence of alcohol under 21 years old.<\/p>\n
Wilson has been charged with third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, assisting a minor with the purchase of alcohol, permitting an unlicensed person to drive a motor vehicle and alcohol intoxication in a public place.<\/p>\n
He is due in court in July.
