\nThe suspect in April\u2019s deadly shooting at a Berea bank is having his federal trial delayed indefinitely.<\/p>\n
Eighteen-year-old Brailen Weaver is accused of entering the U.S. Bank branch and killing two employees.<\/p>\n
His indictment called it premeditated.<\/p>\n
Weaver\u2019s federal trial was supposed to start at the end of July, but both the prosecution and his defense asked for the delay.<\/p>\n
A judge granted their motion Thursday.<\/p>\n
If convicted, Weaver could face the death penalty, but the attorney general\u2019s office has not yet decided if they will seek it.<\/p>\n
Weaver is still being held in the Woodford County Jail.
