Matthew Waterbury, 40, was arrested Thursday, July 2, after detectives received a tip about the creation and possession of child pornography. The tip included his name, and an email and phone number belonging to Waterbury.<\/p>\n
According to the arrest report, detectives saw at least two videos depicting Waterbury with a minor reported to be nine years old and at least five images of juveniles under the age of 12 involved in what the arrest report called \u201ceither a sex act or lascivious exhibition.\u201d<\/p>\n
The arrest report said that Waterbury is seen with the victim\u2019s hand on his penis in the videos.<\/p>\n
Waterbury has been charged with promoting a minor under 16 in sex performance, possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12 and sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years of age.<\/p>\n
He was scheduled to be in court Friday morning.
