In Louisville, 19 year-old Jycobie Washington is charged with complicity to first-degree robbery.<\/p>\n
Court records show prosecutors have a recorded statement Washington allegedly gave to a detective on September 18, 2025, and that body camera and\/or fleet video from multiple officers was being provided to defense counsel.<\/p>\n
The filing also alleges the robbery happened September 12, 2025, starting at a Speedway gas station at 7002 Shepherdsville Road, where a victim was approached by two suspects, and later followed them to another location.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors say the two men got out of a vehicle with guns, demanded the victim\u2019s money and vehicle, and the victim was struck in the head with a handgun before running back to the gas station to call police.<\/p>\n
The victim was taken to Audubon Norton Hospital, the filing states.<\/p>\n
Jeffereson County Court records show Washington is held in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections on a $100,000 cash bond with conditions including no firearms, no contact with the victim, and making all appearances in court as scheduled and other restrictions.<\/p>\n
In this case, a pretrial conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. July 14.<\/p>\n
In Oldham Circuit Court, records on separate crimes list Washington as charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, engaging in organized crime\u2014criminal syndicate, and theft-related charges. Bond is listed as $50,000 cash with a no-contact condition with the victim.<\/p>\n
In Lexington, Washington is charged with two counts of complicity in receiving stolen property (firearm) and possession of marijuana. In that case, a status hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. August 28<\/p>\n
Washington has entered not guilty pleas in at least two of the cases.
