Kentucky State Police said they discovered 57 year-old Jackie Wayne Bloodworth was allegedly sharing images of child exploitation online. After executing a search warrant Monday, Bloodworth was taken into custody and electronic devices related to the investigation were seized from the home.<\/p>\n
Bloodworth is charged with 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12-years-old, one count of procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means (Class-C felonies, punishable by five to 10 years in prison) and 10 counts of promoting a minor under 16-years-old in a sex performance (Class-B felonies, punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison), according to the news release.<\/p>\n
The investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
