He is facing two counts of Murder (Capital Offense) and one count of Fleeing and Evading (Class C Felony).<\/p>\n<p>On April 30, a masked man was seen walking inside of a US Bank in Berea. He then shot and killed two bank employees, 35-year-old Breanna Edwards and 42-year-old Brian Switzer.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney General Coleman intends to seek the death penalty.
