\nAn arrest has been made in connection to a shooting at a Driver\u2019s License Branch in Valley Station that killed three in February 2025.<\/p>\n

The shooting happened around noon on February 21 at the branch on Willismore Drive. One man died at the scene. Two women were taken to UofL Hospital where they also died.<\/p>\n
Wednesday, Louisville Metro Police Department announced it had arrested an 18-year-old man who was 17 at the time of the shooting.<\/p>\n
He is charged with three counts of murder (complicity), five counts of first-degree wanton endangerment involving the discharge of a firearm (complicity) and receiving stolen property valued $10,000 or more.<\/p>\n
Despite the man being 18 now, because he was a juvenile at the time of the shooting, police is withholding his name until it is determined how the prosecution will proceed with regards to charging him as an adult or a juvenile.<\/p>\n
The investigation remains ongoing.
