\nA former Bourbon County Middle School wrestling coach and current University of Kentucky employee is now facing federal sexual abuse charges.<\/p>\n
Megan Foley, 36, was previously arrested on charges of rape, sexual abuse and sodomy after police say a 14-year-old came forward and reported he was sexually abused by Foley multiple times.<\/p>\n
Foley allegedly admitted to abusing the victim when speaking with investigators, according to court documents.<\/p>\n
She is now also facing federal charges of online enticement of a minor and transportation of a minor for unlawful sexual activity, according to an affidavit.<\/p>\n
The affidavit says Foley used text messages, Snapchat and TikTok to communicate with the victim, and that she abused him on a trip to Madison County.<\/p>\n
Foley was placed on administrative leave by UK, and the Kentucky Board of Nursing suspended her license.<\/p>\n
She was scheduled to appear in federal court Monday, August 10.
