But he says they could have reduced benefits.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Commissioner Stephen Miller was appointed by Bevin in February. He said the state doesn&#8217;t plan to include monthly premiums as part of its application to the federal government to overhaul the state&#8217;s Medicaid program. But it will likely reduce benefits to bring the plans in line with the ones offered to state workers.<\/p>\n<p>Bevin has previously said he supports the idea of Medicaid recipients having &#8220;skin in the game&#8221; by paying monthly premiums.
