The impact caused the dump truck to overturn and lose its load of gravel. James Cavalli was taken to University of Louisville Hospital by Air Evac Life Team. His passenger, 20 year-old Cindy Cavalli and Rex Whitley were both taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital by Breck-Central EMS. The roadway was closed as crews removed the gravel and the vehicles from the scene.
