The woman, her 10-year-old grandson and her sister were in a kayak when they hit a tree stump, causing the kayak to overturn.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency crews responded and found the three stranded on the water. The woman was transported to a hospital where she died.<\/p>\n<p>The coroner&#8217;s office said Thursday 55-year-old Sandra K.
