\nThe Grayson County Sheriff\u2019s Office, Falls of Rough Fire Department and multiple EMS units responded to a report of a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy 79 and Hwy 110 in Falls of Rough around 5:50 pm Friday (6\/16) evening.<\/p>\n
A Ford Explorer, driven by 18 year-old Adina Mudd of Fairdale, was traveling east on Hwy 110 and pulled into the path of a Lexus RX 300 SUV, being driven by 65-year-old Rick Embry of Leitchfield, who was traveling south on Highway 79. The impact caused the Ford SUV to bounce and roll over onto it\u2019s top.<\/p>\n
Embry and his wife, Joyce Embry, were both transported to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center by Grayson County EMS. Mudd and her passengers, Hannah Tompson of Shepherdsville and Dayley Dillman of Fairdale, were all transported by EMS to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
All of the victims were wearing seat belts.
