Lee said family members were present when the vessel overturned. Lee said he is unsure of why the boat capsized and did not know any medical history about Mink.<\/p>\n<p>Lee said an investigation is ongoing and a deputy coroner was talking with family members Tuesday night to establish a timeline of the day and family history.
