Miles, 51, and Ashley M. Miles, 19, both of Louisville, were arrested July 11 at Kentucky Lottery headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Arrest reports say the lottery tickets were stolen from one convenience store and were taken to another store to be cashed. Employees at the second store told the Miles they needed to take the tickets to lottery headquarters at 1011 W.
